To ensure your new artwork arrives in perfect condition, we take great care in packaging each piece securely. Please note that colors may vary slightly depending on your screen’s display settings, but rest assured that the vibrancy and detail of the paintings are even more captivating in person.

Your satisfaction is my priority, and I want you to love your new artwork. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I’m happy to offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact me directly with your order details. The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and I recommend using a trackable shipping method for your peace of mind.

Refunds will be processed once the artwork is received and inspected. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.

Custom commissions are non-refundable, as they are created specifically for you.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me immediately with photos of the damage, and I will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
